Quantum Field Theory

QFT treats particles as excited states (also called quantum levels) of their underlying quantum fields, which are more fundamental than the particles. 

This work depicts particles, which are "ripples" or excitations in a field, interacting on multiple levels visually and metaphorically. The wave pattern overlaid in the video projection adds another layer of meaning, alluding to the incredible complexities of intermingling quantum fields.
